The practice of meditation is so important for each and every one of us. Meditation is the key to reducing stress levels, regaining focus, improving health and enhancing mental clarity. Meditation is the way I connect to God and my angels every day. I use meditation to communicate with my spiritual and subconscious self.
I encourage each and every one of you to try meditation and prayer every day. Meditation requires no special equipment, and is so easy a child could do it. Day 2 – Finding Happiness
Today in meditation, we will tap into the source of happiness that lives deep within each of us. In our practice today we invite inner joy and contentment into our daily activity. Together, we will discover that by accessing the source of joy inside, we access a sense of happiness that doesn’t vary with the ups and downs of everyday life.
Centering Thought: I am the source of unlimited happiness.
Sanskrit Mantra: Yam – I am happiness
Chakra: Heart Chakra
“Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” —Denis Waitley
21 day meditation, 21 Day Meditation Challenge: Day 1 - Finding Security, chakras, deepak, deepak and oprah, Deepak Chopra, guided meditation, le belle amour meditation, meditation, morning meditation, Oprah, root chakra, security meditation
I try my best to BEST to do the 21 Day Meditation Challenge whenever it comes out with Oprah and Deepak. I am really looking forward to this challenge because I am in a new place in my life. I am seeking to find my flow and I am ready to evolve and move forward with life. I hope that each of you join me in this meditation for the next 21 Days! I love you all.
The flow of life is composed of various streams of energy . . . our impulses for security, happiness, power, love, creativity, insight, and self-actualization all move together to form our unique life expression. In living this expression, we find our flow—the universal rhythm within that is the infinite source of joy, balance, harmony, and love. We begin our journey by establishing our core sense of security as the stable basis for all the growth to come.
Centering Thought: My security and peace are within.
Sanskrit Mantra: Lam – I am security
Chakra: Root Chakra
“Security represents your sense of worth, your identity, your emotional anchorage, your self-esteem, your basic personal strength or lack of it.” —Stephen Covey
“The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.” —Buddha
Welcome to our 21-Day Meditation Challenge, Miraculous Relationships! We are delighted and honored that you are joining us on this journey of the heart.
Today’s Centering Thought: Today I am open to the presence of miracles.
Our Sanskrit Mantra: Om
Miracles happen every day, and not just in remote villages or holy sites across the globe, but right here, in our own lives. If our minds are preoccupied or we’re too busy or rushed, we may not notice the miracles coming into our life, yet they are always there, like gifts waiting to be opened. Over the course of this meditation challenge, we will learn how to live each day connected to the peace of present-moment awareness. In this expanded state of awareness, we will be able to tune into the presence of miracles and see with the eyes of love.
I hope each of you had a great weekend. I took some time off and had a weekend in silence for the most part. 🙂 I pretty much took it easy. Well I have been waiting for this day so we can all begin the 21 Day Meditation Challenge with Deepak Chopra and Oprah. We have done this before so it is only right we do it again.
I will be posting the meditation each day here on Le Belle Amour in place of Morning Meditation. I also encourage each of you to log-in and register for the 21 Day Challenge on your own. The purpose of this challenge is Miraculous Relationships, so I pray that after we have all completed this challenge our relationships have been improved.
Here are the links to register on your own and please don’t forget that you can always come to Le Belle Amour and join the meditation with me.
Today, we’ll look at how, when we live from a state of love, everything good is drawn to us.
Saying “I love you,” is one of the most emotional expressions in any language. However, “I live love,” is seldom used. Yet, living from love is who and what we really are. At the core of your being, you are pure awareness, creativity, spirit, and love. And, when you experience love, you experience yourself as spirit, one who feels—and is—love.
Share your love.
Practice living love today by offering a kind word or thought to everyone you meet, recognizing that the greatest gift you can give to anyone is love.
Abundance and the Law of Least Effort
In today’s meditation, we’ll explore the Law of Least Effort and how it can help us release our desires into the spiritual realm to create abundance in our lives.
When your actions are motivated by love, your energy multiplies and accumulates. Releasing that energy allows it to be redirected and used to create anything you want. When your internal reference point is your spirit, you can harness the power of love and use this energy creatively for the experience of affluence and evolution.
Today’s Centering Thought:“I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me.”
“An integral being knows without going, sees without looking, and accomplishes without doing.”
~ Lao Tzu
Today’s Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are: Om Daksham Namah—My actions achieve maximal benefit with minimal effort.
Experience the peace of acceptance.
Today, accept all people and circumstances in your life, exactly as they are. Take responsibility for your life without blaming yourself, knowing that everything is as it should be. Practice defenselessness and relinquish the need to convince or persuade others of your point of view.
Abundance and the Law of Karma
In today’s meditation, we will discuss the Law of Karma, or conscious choice-making, and consider how, through the choices we make, more of every good thing can flow into our lives.
When you make any choice—any choice at all—you can ask yourself what the consequences of the choice you’re making are and if it will bring happiness, or more abundance, to you and everyone around you. After posing those questions, place your attention in your heart, and the answers will become clear to you.
By practicing conscious choice-making in this way, you will learn to witness your thoughts and make the most nourishing decisions for your life.
“Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
Today’s Centering Thought: “Today, I make great choices, because they are made with full awareness.”
Today’s Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are: Om Kriyam Namah—My actions are aligned with cosmic law.
Allow your heart to guide you.
Practice connecting with the heart for guidance in conscious choice-making. Each time you’re faced with a choice, place your attention in your heart and ask yourself: Will this choice bring fulfillment and happiness to me and to those who are affected by this choice? Then, make your decision based on the answer you receive.
