I can’t express how much LOVE and GRATITUDE I have for Julieanna Hever! Julieanna Hever was a guest on our Synergy Soul Radio Show this morning. Julieanna shared so much information about plant based diets and eating clean. For those of you who follow the blog, I post “Green Smoothies” all the time. I post these recipes because it is the way I have transitioned myself into plant based eating.
Julieanna shared how a plant based lifestyle can help elite athletes with their sports performance and even regular people like you and me. Julieanna shared how we can still get our “protein” from a plant based lifestyle and why we don’t have to eat meat and a bunch of processed food to get protein. Who Is Julieanna Hever?
Julieanna Hever, M.S., R.D., C.P.T. , also known as The Plant-Based Dietitian, is a passionate advocate of the miracles associated with following a whole food, plant-based diet-the established effects of which provide positive healthful benefits.
Julieanna is the host of Veria Living Network’s What Would Julieanna Do?, author of the best-selling book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition, and the nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine. She is the co-author of the The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Gluten-Free Vegan Cooking, which she wrote with Chef Beverly Lynn Bennett. Julieanna was recently featured on The Dr. Oz Show, The Steve Harvey Show, E! News, Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, TEDxCONEJO 2012, Fox 13 Seattle Morning News, and Reluctantly Healthy, co-stars on The Chef and The Dietitian, on numerous radio shows, and lectures extensively throughout the United States and internationaly.
