Healthy Dark Chocolate Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 1/2 large mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups (or handfuls) of raw, baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs (or 1/8 cup cacao powder)
  • 8 ounces of filtered water
  • sweetener (optional)

Note: If you do not have a high-speed blender, grind cacao nibs in a coffee grinder or use cacao powder.
