As we continue to practice mindfulness meditation, we are becoming mindful consumers and enlightened beings. May we consume the foods and nutrients that will promote good health, longevity, and mindfulness. May we engage in sufficient daily physical activity wherever possible, to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. May we be mindful of the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, unnecessary medications, and other substances that are depriving us of our spiritual growth—and have the strength, courage and willingness to let them go.
