Summer is quickly approaching and we all want to look great and be able to wear those “Get it Girl” shorts. Today I am sharing a video I found on YouTube featuring former video model Buffy The Body in her new exercise video.

This video focuses on squats, which help build your butt and legs. Challenge yourself to do 100 squats a day this week. I will do them with you. 🙂
